How It Works
You must be 18+ to join.
Membership is just for you — please don’t share your login or materials.
Tiny Paws+ members get a personalised support plan (not a behaviour modification plan).
Payments & Cancellations
Pay before you access your membership.
Cancel anytime — you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period.
No partial refunds for unused time and no refunds once content is accessed (unless required by law).
Your Responsibilities
Work at your own pace and watch your dog’s comfort and wellbeing.
Seek veterinary or specialist help if your dog has significant health or behaviour concerns.
The Legal Bit
All content is ours — please don’t copy or resell it.

FITdogs Club offers kind, respectful education for toy dog guardians. You can cancel anytime, and we’re always happy to support your learning. These Terms simply help keep everything clear, safe, and supportive for everyone.

Welcome to FITdogs Club!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online Toy Dog Membership (“Services”). By accessing or using our website, joining one of our memberships, or engaging in consultations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Nature of Services
FITdogs Club offers different membership tiers that may include access to courses, online group content, 1:1 sessions, and related resources designed to help toy dog guardians foster a positive, cooperative relationship with their dogs.
1.2 Teaching Approach
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We focus on compassionate, adaptable teaching strategies that consider your toy dog’s emotional, behavioural, and physical well-being.
1.3 Educational Purpose & Behaviour Guidance
Some membership content may explore aspects of canine behaviour, such as body language, communication, and emotional wellbeing. All materials are for general educational purposes only.
We do not provide clinical behaviour assessments, diagnosis, or formal behaviour modification programmes. If your dog is experiencing significant behavioural challenges (e.g. reactivity, aggression, separation-related issues), we recommend seeking guidance from a qualified canine behaviour professional.
1.4 No Guaranteed Results
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every dog is unique. Results depend on factors such as your dog’s temperament, environment, and your consistency in applying the guidance.
1.5 Personalised Support Plans (Tiny Paws+ Experience)
For Tiny Paws+ members, we offer personalised support plans created in collaboration with you. These are designed to guide learning, emotional connection, and confidence-building — not to replace specialist behaviour or veterinary care.
1.6 Payment Terms
Membership fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Prices may change with notice. Payments are securely processed via Wix and/or other payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring your subscription details are current.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for our Services and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within your billing cycle.
3.2 Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once access to materials has been granted, unless required by law. Please contact us if you believe an error has occurred.
4. Membership Access and Usage
4.1 Individual Access
Membership access is for the named account holder only. You agree not to share your login details or distribute materials without written permission.
4.2 Misuse of Access
If account sharing or misuse is detected, we may suspend or revoke your membership without refund.
